As cofounder and CEO of Blue Roads Education, Dr. Talbot helps leaders, and future leaders, find and develop the characteristics needed to live their highest calling. Her mission is to cultivate homegrown social changemakers ready to create the world we all want to live in.  She knows from personal experience that any change we hope to make must start from within ourselves. 

By honoring our roots and transforming the way we show up and work with others, we transcend our roles as “good citizens” to become “global changemakers” who make the world a better place for all of humanity. 

As a former teacher, school principal and college professor, Patti has been part of the growth journey for people of all ages and stages of life.  In turn, people with whom she's worked have gone on to cultivate changemakers in their own circles of influence. In this way, the “changemaker effect” multiplies and ripples out to create a more hospitable planet that meets the needs of all who inhabit it.
